Master Operations Terms of Service

1. Enterprise Internal Usage Scope

The Pariksha Control Plane is an internal infrastructure portal designed strictly for company system operators, platform engineers, and authorized master administrators. This portal is not intended for institutional end-users (students or faculty), who access individual Assessment Engine instances.

2. Administrative Operator Responsibilities

• Role-Based Access Control: Operators must use assigned credentials and strictly enforce multi-tenant isolation across regional cell deployments.
• Audit Trail Integrity: All administrative modifications to taxonomies, cell routing rules, and security policies are immutably logged for auditing.
• Confidentiality: Internal system parameters, private signing keys, and infrastructure topology remain strict company confidential information.

3. Compliance & Governance

All operations performed via the Control Plane comply with India's DPDP Act 2023 and internal data governance standards. Unauthorized access or credential sharing is strictly prohibited under applicable cyber laws of the Republic of India.
